Although born in Nigeria, ChiChi Achara grew up in New Jersey, moved to California in 2017 and never left. ChiChi comes from a background of over 10 years in the Pharmaceutical Industry and brings the skills learned in this industry to bear when working with her real estate clients.
ChiChi attended Kean University and earned a bachelor’s degree in biotechnology, and a MBA Degree in Management and Global Business. The skills acquired during business school provided her with the ability to conduct every transaction in a professional and meticulous manner and negotiate contracts efficiently and successfully. As social media usage continues to rise, ChiChi intends to leverage this and utilize it as a great marketing tactic when it comes to selling your home. (According to Forbes.com, Americans spent more than an average of 1300 hours in 2021 on social media.)
When ChiChi entered the Real Estate industry in order to be financially independent, her hope was to make a lasting impact on people’s lives by making the complicated processes of buying and selling a property less complicated. Her favorite part of being a realtor is being able to act as a catalyst in helping individuals purchase their new home or sell their existing property, producing a reasonable return on their investment.
When recharging, ChiChi, a self-professed foodie, loves to spend time with her husband watching movies, exploring new restaurants. She loves to get in a little shopping here and there and working out whenever possible.
