Until I met Chichi then my experience with real state agents have been so so. To be honest not very positive. My last process left me feel alone and just an income.

Always answering all my questions, no matter how insignificant they may have seemed. She managed to leave me and my family a feeling of being cared for. She was next to us every step of the process finding contractors to solve issues at hand, getting estimates. Second opinions for home inspections. And her welcome gift when all was done. Exquisite taste in making our time in the new home feel like… home.

I would choose Chichi again if I ever would need to buy a home. She can’t be praised enough.

Overall, we felt very glad to have a supportive, honest, reliable, knowledgeable, and down-to-earth realtor like ChiChi during our home-buying process.

ChiChi was such an awesome realtor. She held our hands through the entire process and left us more than satisfied. ChiChi made the whole process of house hunting so stress free. She’s very knowledgeable about the market and so easy to work with. We have now relocated to UK but We would definitely recommend her to our family and friends in Orange County California.
